Contracts

Here is Robert Young’s contract with Screen Gems for the 1959-1960 season.  His compensation amount has been whited-out (for privacy reasons), but it is interesting to see how actors were compensated in the 50s and 60s.

This is an actual contract signed by the Director and a “Guest Star” on the show.  (I have altered the name and Social Security number for privacy reasons.)  It’s interesting to see how much a “Day Player” earned in 1956.
